By adding PokéSquad to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and discontinue use.

1. What PokéSquad is

PokéSquad is a fan-made Discord bot that delivers a Pokémon-themed gaming experience — including wild Pokémon spawns, catch mechanics, player profiles, squad missions, and a soft-currency economy — directly inside Discord servers. PokéSquad is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.

PokéSquad uses a virtual soft-currency ("coins") that has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services. Virtual balances are provided for entertainment purposes only and may be reset, adjusted, or removed at any time without notice or compensation.

5. Server Administrator Responsibilities

Server administrators who configure PokéSquad are responsible for how the bot is used within their servers. Administrators should ensure spawn channels, mission settings, and economy features are configured appropriately for their community.

6. Availability & Modifications

PokéSquad is provided free of charge on a best-effort basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the bot or any feature at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PokéSquad is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data persistence, or the accuracy of any in-bot information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of PokéSquad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot.
